Independence High has had graduates go into the military after being in Junior ROTC. We have had 28 graduates join the military this year. We also have 90 students that graduated in the last few years in the military at the moment. We would love to see more people join the military after graduating Independence High. Every December IHS likes to send out Christmas cards to those who we support and show them that we love them for what they do. Show your support and send them a card and thank them for what they do or did.
If you know someone who graduated from here and know that they are in the military, give the JROTC program their information so that everyone can send a Christmas card to them. We would also like to send thanks to those who will be graduating and going off to the military for being brave enough to defend our lovely Country. So make sure you write something that those men and women will remember for the rest of their lives and will make their year. Thank you for taking some time to help send our love to the U.S Soldiers.
