2012 World Series

By: Danny Swift

The San Francisco Giants became the fourth team this century to win multiple World Series titles on Sunday when they swept the Detroit Tigers. It ended with Cabrera at the plate, watching the third strike that finished Detroit's season. The finale was 4-3 in 10 innings. Cabrera homered in Game 4 on Sunday night. Detroit lost in five games to St. Louis in the 2006 World Series. This showing was even worse.

  1. The Giants made the Detroit Lions look pretty bad. That is just how really good they are.
